Saints Alive, Daily Needs Assistance (DNA), is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals, families, and at-risk veterans in our west-side community find greater stability, independence, and hope. Guided by compassion, respect, and accountability, we believe every person deserves to be seen, heard, and treated with dignity, regardless of their circumstances.

We turn that belief into action by providing food, clothing, household necessities, and compassionate encouragement to neighbors facing hardship. Those we serve may be experiencing homelessness, unstable housing, unemployment, limited income, mental health or substance-use challenges, or the difficulties of rebuilding their lives after incarceration. By responding to immediate needs and recognizing each person’s strengths and goals, we help create opportunities for renewed confidence, connection, and self-sufficiency.

With support from local AMVETS Post 1928, we place special emphasis on reaching veterans of all eras and backgrounds who may feel overlooked or disconnected from available assistance. Our mission extends beyond distributing necessities: we strive to build a community where neighbors care for one another and no veteran has to face hardship alone.

We also seek donations of household items, clean and gently used clothing, and monetary support to help meet essential needs and sustain our outreach.
